Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer Pan-India FREE shipping across all serviceable locations in India

  • Orders are dispatched as per our production timeline

  • Delivery typically takes 10–15 days from order confirmation, depending on the location

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available on request

  • Customers must contact us before placing an order to confirm serviceability

  • Additional shipping charges apply

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier partner

  • Any applicable custom duties, taxes, or import charges must be borne by the customer

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation

  • Custom-made or made-to-order outfits follow a defined production timeline, which is communicated at the time of order

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Responsibility

  • Patras is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Patras’ responsibility is limited to providing tracking assistance

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply

  • Orders returned to origin due to customer-related issues may not be eligible for refund
