Refund Policy

At Patras, each outfit is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We follow a strict but fair refund policy to ensure transparency for both parties.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • An incorrect size has been sent by Patras

  • The product has a manufacturing or quality defect (such as being torn, damaged, or defective)

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • An opening package video is mandatory and must clearly show the issue from the moment the package is opened

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received by us

  • The product will undergo a quality inspection

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Fit issues, color preference, or change of mind

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Missing or unclear opening package video

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Custom-made or altered outfits

  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences

Right to Decision

Patras reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after inspection. The brand’s decision in such cases will be final.
