Exchange & Returns
1. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted only in case of incorrect size sent by Patras or manufacturing/quality defects (such as torn, damaged, or defective products).
2. Is an opening package video mandatory for returns?
Yes. An opening package video is mandatory to process any return request. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and clearly show the issue.
3. What is the time limit to report a return?
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos for verification.
4. Are returns accepted for fit, color preference, or change of mind?
No. Returns are not accepted for fit issues, color preference, or change of mind.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned product and it passes quality inspection. Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available within 24 hours of delivery, subject to stock availability.
7. What type of exchanges are allowed?

8. Is there a limit on exchanges?
Yes, only one exchange per outfit is permitted.
9. Are exchanges available for custom-made outfits?
No. Custom-made or altered outfits are not eligible for exchange.
10. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and mandatory opening package video. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer free shipping within India?
Yes, we offer free Pan-India shipping across all serviceable locations in India.
2. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available at an additional charge, subject to feasibility. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and charges.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10-15 days from order confirmation, as per our production and dispatch timeline.
4. Do custom orders take longer to deliver?
Yes, custom-sized orders take approx. 15-20 days for delivery. Please contact us to get accurate delivery timelines for custom orders.
5. How will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.
Payment & Refund
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
3. When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once full payment is successfully received. Order details and confirmation will be shared via email.
4. In which cases is a refund applicable?
Refunds are applicable only if:
- An incorrect size has been sent by Patras, or
- The product has a manufacturing or quality defect (torn, damaged, or defective)

1. Do you offer customization on Patras outfits?
Yes, Patras offers customization only for sizing. Design, color, or style customization is not available. Custom sizing is available at an additional charge of ₹1,000 per outfit.
2. Will custom sizing affect delivery timelines?
Yes, custom-sized orders may require additional production time, and timelines can vary depending on the outfit. Please connect with us before placing your order for accurate delivery and shipment details.
3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, for both regular and custom-sized outfits.
4. How will my order be confirmed after placing it?
Once your order is successfully placed, order details and confirmation will be shared via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.
